The Guard Experience at EPHS
Sr. Life Skills and PE classes participated in the "The Guard Experience" on Friday. The counseling department had Staff Sergeant James Elser bring in a presentation that included using night vision, job simulators, physical fitness competitions, wearing hazmat gear and other activities that depicted different aspects of military life. Physical Fitness winners were: Brody Ashcraft, Brady Jackson ,Dylan McCutchen, Ivie Baker, Nevaeh Poley and Mackinzey Kennard.

EPHS FFA BLESSING BOX
This summer the Blessing Box that the EPHS FFA Chapter built has officially opened. This will offer food and other essentials to residents of the EPR2 School District.

EPHS Beta Members returned with several honors from this year's National Beta Convention held in Nashville, Tennessee. Awards included:
Creative Writing-Division II-3rd Place: Ava Adams
Digital Portfolio-6th Place: Anna Grace Sipp
National Beta Club Senior Sponsor of the Year: Mrs. Staples
Onsite Painting Division II-10th Place: Mackenzie Kennard
Woodworking-Division II-4th Place: Kaitlyn Palmer
Ava Adams and Anna Grace Sipp were also honored to be able to compete in the Performing Arts Solo/Duo/Trio Vocal Category with a performance to “Rise Up” and in the Premier Performers performance during the Opening Ceremony at the first general session.
